Return Process
- 1.Initiate Request
Log into your account or visit our support portal within 7 days of delivery to submit a return or exchange request with your order details.
- 2.Upload Proof
Attach clear photos or an unboxing video of the product and its packaging to help our quality control team verify the damage or discrepancy.
- 3.Quality Inspection
Once your request is approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup; the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and with all seals intact.
- 4.Refund or Replacement
After the returned item passes our inspection, we will process your full refund to the original payment mode or dispatch a fresh replacement within 48 hours.
